  1. How are my items shipped?
    All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Generally, customer orders are delivered by UPS or FedEx. Frames and other oversize items are shipped with UPS.


  2. When should I expect to receive my order?
    We will make every effort to process your order within two business days. Delivery time averages 3 to 5 business days once your order leaves our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation the day of the shipment. The email will include a link to the carrier's website where you can track your shipment order online.


  3. Do you offer faster shipping options?
    Yes, we do. FedEx© and UPS© offer several shipping options for faster delivery. To calculate shipping from our warehouse use zip code 64082. Remember to allow time for our crew to process your order. Pickup time for FedEx is 3PM and UPS is 4PM Central time.


  4. What is your return policy?
    Contact us first if for any reason you need to return any part of your order. We will give you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) which is good for 30 days of delivery of a shipment. We will issue full credit excluding shipping charge once we receive the return. We will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
